The selection follows November's appointment of Austrian Fred Koblinger, chief executive of BBDO Holding and managing director of Palla Koblinger Proximity, to head the jury.
Terry Savage, CEO of the International Advertising Festival, said: "We have some great creative talent and personalities representing the UK this year."
Levy is executive creative director at Joshua and Nimick is creative director at OgilvyOne.
