LONDON - Coutts Creative has worked with 3 to create the new in-store environment for all the mobile operator's flagship stores.

Coutts has designed display panels to dress the retail environment and change the look of the stores to appeal to its target market of "early adopters who appreciate and celebrate change".

Kirsten Ward, 3's head of channel marketing, said: "Working together as a team, 3 and Coutts have created a strong retail presence for the brand, which works to deliver a powerful and intriguing customer experience."

The Hutchison-owned 3 has recently celebrated its win in the Cellphone Network of the Year Award and is continuing a strategy developed by design agency Coutts in 2003 for point of presence to support the 3 launch, the first 3G network in the UK.
