The Box teaches viewers how not to dance in new idents drive
LONDON - The Box, Emap's interactive TV music channel, has launched a new set of channel idents featuring parodies of plain but confident dance tutors teaching viewers some of the latest moves on the dancefloor.
The campaign, created by Emap Performance Design and Up Creative, comprises six 30-second spots, along with 10 channel idents and promos, featuring a dance lesson taken by three quirky leaders teaching viewers dance moves such as 'The Talk Show Host' 'The Shoot Guns' and 'The Drilling the Screw into the Ground'.

Viewers of the Box are invited to "try it", using the overall feel of The Box as a contemporary music channel with the latest in music to break into the charts. The idents end with the strapline "Choose your leaders carefully".
The campaign was created by creative director Jamie Balliu of Up Creatives, director Marco Ammanati and copywriters Jamie Balliu and Dave Young. The idents broke over the Easter weekend.
