Millward Brown poaches WPP's Holland for human resources role
NEW YORK - Elaine Holland is moving from her role as WPP's North American director of strategic sourcing to become its senior vice-president of global human resources at the group's market research arm Millward Brown.
Before joining WPP two years ago, Holland worked at Heidrick & Struggles as a search consultant, at Perot Systems as vice-president of financial services and as a general manager at British Telecom, where she headed a 225 strong sales and operations team.

Holland will also become a board member at Millward Brown.
Bob Meyers, Millward Brown group chief executive officer, said: "She has a wealth of experience across a variety of industries worldwide and will bring great benefits to our global team."
Holland, who will be based in the firm's Naperville, Illinois office, added: "My past two years at WPP gave me the opportunity to get to know Millward Brown and many of the professional team of people with whom I will be working."
Earlier this month, Millward Brown announced the promotion of Charles Foster as managing dirctor of its South Africa division. He was previously joint deputy manging director.
