LONDON - DDB London and WWAV Rapp Collins have won the Exclusive Resorts luxury holiday residence business.

The agencies will work for the brand across Europe and DDB Seattle will be the global lead agency.

Exclusive Resorts has 175 properties all over the world. Members pay an annual fee and can then go on holiday in any of the houses or villas the company owns.

The company wants DDB London and WWAV to establish the brand in Europe. They will also be looking to increase membership.

Exclusive Resorts operates in the UK, France and Italy, and expansion into new markets is planned in 2005. The company has a further 175 residences in development.

Brian Egan, the managing director of Exclusive Resorts Europe, said: "We are very excited to be working with DDB London and WWAV.

"Their expertise in handling luxury consumer brands will serve Exclusive Resorts well as we work to expand our club throughout Europe."

Richard Morris, the business development director at DDB London, added: "Exclusive Resorts is a brilliant new concept in luxury living, offering access to the world's most glamorous destinations.

"This is fertile creative territory and we're thrilled to have this opportunity."
