Hitchhiker's Guide set for FHM activity to back European premieres
LONDON - Buena Vista International is to promote the European premieres of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy through the corresponding country's edition of FHM.
The promotion, part of £2m-worth of international advertising business picked up by the lads' mag, will begin in the UK edition's June issue.
The activity, which includes editorial, advertorials and tickets to previews, will be rolled out across eight other European editions to coincide with the release of the film in those countries.

FHM has also won an ad campaign for Transact, the ringtone and mobile content provider, in the US. The 15-month deal, which marks the mobile brand's transatlantic advertising debut, takes in the US edition of FHM and fhmus.com.
