IDM teams up with OgilvyInteractive for one-day digital course
LONDON - The Institute of Direct Marketing and OgilvyInteractive have developed a one-day course in digital communications for senior level client and agency managers.
The course will be run and managed by the IDM, while its content has been devised by digital agency OgilvyInteractive. OgilvyOne chairman Paul O'Donnell has said all of OgilvyOne's senior managers will attend the course.

"If we are to continue to give consumers what they want when they want it, agencies must invest in the skills required to help brands get on top of new media, which is why OgilvyOne is leading the charge," he said.
According to the course developers, the content goes beyond a beginner's guide to the digital world. It will cover acquisition, retention, insight and measurement and draw on case studies.
Joanna Saunders, in-company training director at the IDM, said: "Digital marketing has proven itself capable of delivering outstanding results for marketers. This kind of training clearly provides agencies and clients with a competitive advantage."
