Coca-Cola picks Sleight for top UK marketer role
LONDON - Cathryn Sleight, the former marketing chief of Allied Domecq and Britvic, has been appointed marketing director of Coca-Cola GB.
She replaces Julia Goldin, who moves to the new role of NPD director at Coca-Cola's North West Europe division.
Goldin has been with the Coca-Cola group for eight years and has been UK marketing director since 2003.

The appointment of Sleight, who resigned from Allied Domecq in January for personal reasons, comes at a key time for Coca-Cola, which is investing heavily in the UK launch of its Z no-added sugar range and Minute Maid fruit juice.
Before joining Allied Domecq in 2001, Sleight was director of brand marketing for Britvic brands including Pepsi, Tango and Robinsons.
Sleight will take up the post on July 25.
