It will complement Trinity Mirror's existing newspaper and online classified services such as its recently launched network of local job sites and its investment in Fish4.co.uk.
The network will cover more than 70 categories of sites including flats to let, items for sale, dating and encounters, local services, community news and information, jobs, local events and message boards.
Users can post ads, listings and messages on sites for free and subscribe to receive the latest ads in each category by email, or subscribe to RSS feeds to deliver Adzooks.co.uk ads to desktops.
David Black, Trinity Mirror's director of regionals digital media, said: "These launches demonstrate Trinity Mirror's commitment to leadership in local classifieds.
"The sites are about strengthening our presence in core markets and connecting with users in local communities in new ways."
