Ian Darby, Campaign 07-Oct-05

MindShare has promoted Jed Glanvill to chief executive following a restructure of WPP's Group M management team.

Glanvill, who is currently MindShare's managing director, will replace
Kelly Clark, who is moving to a wider role running WPP's Group M across
Europe.

Glanvill, 36, joined MindShare, which has billings of £716 million

according to Nielsen Media Research, in 2000 from BBJ, where he was the

planning director. He ran its digital division, mdigital, and was
promoted from director of its futures division to managing director in
2004.

Clark said: "Jed is the best person for this job. He knows our company
inside out and has been a driving force behind the development of our
House of Media offer.

"Many of our clients know him already and respect his ability to get
things done. I couldn't be more confident that Jed and our team will now
take MindShare to an even stronger position."
