Omnicom acquires Ford Motor Group's Beanstalk agency
LONDON – Brand licensing agency The Beanstalk, formerly owned by the Ford Motor Group, has been acquired by global Omnicom Group.
The Beanstalk Group, which will operate as part of Omnicom's Diversified Agency Services group, is believed to be the first acquisition of a licensing agency by a holding company.
The Beanstalk Group will keep its offices in New York, Detroit, Bentonville and Los Angeles and London and will continue to represent many of Ford's key brands.

The Beanstalk Group formed more than two decades ago and now has around 100 staff. Clients include AT&T, Harley Davidson, Ford, The Stanley Works, Mary-Kate and Ashley, and Danskin.
