VoIP firm Vonage signs up Inferno
Vonage, the biggest supplier of telephone-over-broadband in the US, has switched PR agencies just ten months after its UK launch.
The company, which is competing with BT and Intel for a slice of the fledgling UK VoIP market, has dropped Nelson Bostock Communications and hired Inferno Communications.
Vonage UK MD Kerry Ritz said the August.One Communications spin-off triumphed from a shortlist of ten agencies, including Nelson Bostock, which started working for Vonage on a six-month contract in March.

He said the company had held the review because it 'wanted to move faster'.
