Lloyds TSB revamps home insurance magazine
LONDON - Lloyds TSB has appointed TMW Publishing, the contract publishing arm of Tullo Marshall Warren, to revamp its home insurance magazine.
Covered is a 32-page magazine that goes out three times a year to Lloyds TSB's home insurance customers.
The redesign is part of the bank's customer retention programme and TMW Publishing beat PSP Rare to win the contract.

Richard Pentin, group account director at TMW, said: "At a time when the insurance market is getting more and more promiscuous and commoditised, it's becoming increasing important that Lloyds TSB insurance has a successful retention strategy in place to compete and differentiate itself in the challenging marketplace."
The win represents a reversal of fortune for TMW. Last month, it lost out to PSP Rare on a contract to produce a customer magazine for Lloyds TSB's Gold Service, Platinum and Select current-account holders.
Chris Edmeads, senior marketing manager at Lloyds TSB, said: "We chose TMW because we were not only impressed with its publishing expertise and capabilities. but also its holistic view of our insurance business."
TMW Publishing's clients including British Airways, T-Mobile and Tesco.
