WPP wins Johnson & Johnson Olympics campaign
NEW YORK - Johnson & Johnson's has appointed WPP Group's Ogilvy & Mather to handle creative advertising surrounding its sponsorship of the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing.
According to media reports in the US, the rostered agency won the contract after a five-way pitch which included other roster agencies McCann Erickson and Lowe, as well as TBWA\Worldwide and JWT.

It is understood that the agencies pitched over the weekend and were told of the decision this week. Johnson & Johnson is best known for its baby products including Baby Powder and No More Tears shampoo.
According to AdWeek, it is likely that the creatives will be run in China, which is seen as a growing market by the FMCG giant.
