Deals: Lovefilm merger
DVD rental company Lovefilm International has announced a merger with Video Island, owner of ScreenSelect.co.uk. The merger will consolidate the two firms under the Lovefilm brand and strengthen their position in the market, which, combined, claim to account for 17 per cent of online rentals.
