LONDON - Alex Marks, formerly of digital media agency i-level, has joined MSN as head of trade marketing.

Marks has more than 10 years' agency and client-side experience, most recently as marketing director at i-level, where he was responsible for developing a B2B marketing strategy for the group business.
Chris Ward, commercial director at MSN UK, said: "Maximising revenue opportunities in digital marketing is key for MSN and this new position will help establish MSN as the number one internet brand and advertising vehicle for display and search ads."
MSN is the UK's leading portal with more than 16.8m visitors a month and more than 465m unique users worldwide.
In May 2006, it announced the UK launch of the beta version of Microsoft Adcenter, a one-stop-shop for search and display advertising.
