Barnardo's to find former donors with Celerity

LONDON - Children's charity Barnardo's is using Celerity's services to trace lapsed donors in order to re-establish a relationship with them.

Celerity claims its Reactivate service is able to provide more new address records for charity goneaways and lapsed donors than previously possible.

No assumed data is used in the process as all new addresses are individually verified using financial records collected and verified by UK financial institutions.

Andrew Sawyer, sales director at Celerity, said: "Celerity Reactivate is a unique reactivation solution specific to charity data sets. Using the solution we have achieved verified new address provision rates of up to 40%."
