TNS to use HRM software for recruitment drive
LONDON - TNS is to use HRM Software's Connect Executive computer program to aid its employment and succession planning strategies across the company.
TNS said it had previously encountered problems collecting the accurate data needed for its succession planning, and had chosen HRM Connect Executive to improve its employee development.
The market research company said it had chosen the system because of the programme's functionality and strong brand reputation.

Nikki Preece, group talent manager at TNS, explained: "Our aim is to ensure that we continue to deliver innovative thinking and excellent service to local and multi-national clients worldwide.
"Ensuring that we have the right people, with the right skills and attitudes in the right roles is critical to achieving this."
TNS plan to use the programme primarily for its senior management teams, across global account managers, international assignees, and what it describes as the company's own talent pool.
Preece added: "If you develop a good relationship with a supplier, you are more likely to have a successful implementation. HRM Software's customer service has been excellent."
