Equi=Media launches online customer conversion agency
LONDON - Equi=Media, the digital and direct media agency, has launched a second agency, EM2 Digital, to advise clients on converting online visitors into customers.
EM2 Digital will help clients by reviewing a number of aspects of their online communications such as acquisition strategy, relationship building techniques, direct selling skills and customer service.

Andrew Burgess, managing director of Equi=Media, said: "Our digital experience has demonstrated that being able to convert website traffic into valuable customers is key to maximising the value of a client's online investment."
EM2 Digital will work independently from, but draw on the expertise of, Equi=Media, which has key financial clients such as Halifax and Esure.
The new agency's head is Gavin Sinden, who joins from full-service digital agency Twentysix London where he was responsible for its marketing unit.
Sinden was previously managing director of Digital Marketing Direct until it merged with Twentysix London earlier this year. Twentysix London later merged with Ai.
