Transform Medical appoints Tri-Direct for direct media
LONDON - Cosmetic surgery company Transform Medical Group has appointed Tri-Direct to handle its direct response media planning and buying.
Transform uses media inserts, direct mail and door-drops but also wants Tri-Direct to look at innovative uses of other media and channels.
Tri-Direct will work alongside M2M, which won the above-the-line portion of the £2m account, including online, TV, magazine and national press ads.

The appointments were made after a five-way pitch that included the incumbent, MediaVest Manchester.
Lucy Stafford, media director at Tri-Direct, said: "Transform Medical really went for our inventive approach to media planning and was refreshed by our unusual ideas that we came up with outside of their core media mix."
Transform has 22 clinics in the UK and offers a number of procedures from breast enlargement to facial surgery, as well as non-surgical makeovers.
It has just agreed a deal to sponsor and fund a six-part TV programme on LivingTV2. Starting October 16, 'Surgery to Stardom' follows the lives of people who believe that having cosmetic surgery done will help them achive stardom.
