MySpace to offer exclusive music gigs
Lifestyle portal MySpace has launched a new programme broadcasting exclusive music gigs for users globally.
The List allows fans to view exclusive video recordings of artist
performances held in intimate venues. There are already more than three
million users on the site.
For the programme's international debut, MySpace carried a Hollywood gig

Jamie Kantrowitz, senior vice-president of marketing and content,
Europe, for MySpace, said: "MySpace connects artistes with fans and this
international programme will allow millions of users around the world to
see unique performances by some of the greatest acts on the planet.
"The internet has been a huge part of taking artistes global in a very
short span of time and The List takes MySpace Music a step further."
The new service follows MySpace's Secret Shows franchise launched in
August, which offered users the chance to see exclusive secret gigs from
bands such as Primal Scream and The Magic Numbers.
