Deals: Carphone Warehouse reaches agreement AOL's internaet access business
Carphone Warehouse has reached agreement with Time Warner for Carphone Warehouse to acquire AOL's internet access business in the UK for £370m. Carphone Warehouse will acquire AOL's internet access customer base in the UK, and supporting management and infrastructure. Completion, which is subject to EU competition authority clearance, is expected by 31 December.
