Hotline: Lowe London promotes Leigh Thomas

Lowe London has promoted Leigh Thomas to head of account management. Thomas currently runs the agency's Twinings, Sure and John Lewis accounts. She was previously the business director at the agency and is the first head of account management at Lowe since 2005.
