Thomson gets DMA benchmark accreditation
LONDON - Thomson Directories Database has been awarded the Direct Marketing Association's Business List Audit accreditation.
The DMA BLA list is regarded as the industry benchmark for the B2B data industry and will mean that Thomson Directories will need to continue to match its commitment to raising service standards and customer satisfaction levels.

Jane Byrne, database product manager at Thomson Directories, said: "Thomson Directories continues to set the standard in providing the highest level of data quality. The BLA accreditation endorses our commitment and sends a clear message to our customers."
Joining the BLA is an annual process conducted by the DMA Compliance Team, which identifies suitable businesses across the data industry to join its ranks. Part of the process involves contacting the clients of data providers to ensure they are satisfied with a particular company's service levels.
Byrne added: "The BLA provides a universal standard that the industry should look to embrace. The process of accreditation is vigorous but the rewards of achieving the standard are high."
