LONDON - WPP Group has acquired the entire issued share capital of market research firm All Global.

Founded in 2002, All Global is a data collection company providing healthcare internet panel research, telephone recruiting and qualitative interviewing to the market research community.

It is based in London and headed by managing director Karensa Bindoff with a staff of 44. Its revenues for the year ended April 30 2006 were £7.3m with gross assets at the same date of £1.5m. All Global will work with WPP's Web Survey Research.

The acquisition of All Global continues WPP's strategy of developing its networks in fast-growing markets and sectors.

Tony Burke, a director at All Global, said: "All Global is delighted to be joining forces with Web Survey Research. We are very excited about the prospect of being able to add to the services we offer our clients, in conducting specialist healthcare research online in the US, as well as in Europe. With our combined experience and resources extending our global reach, we feel sure we can offer a unique premium data collection service to clients internationally."
