Sony Bravia and Sky HD in Virgin promo

Sony Bravia and Sky HD are set to be promoted on two high-profile shows on Virgin Radio to drive awareness of a major nationwide marketing campaign in electrical stores.

The station's new Drivetime Show and the Saturday Rock 'n' Roll Football
Show will both feature on-air activity promoting the viewing quality on
Sky HD. Drivetime DJ Ben Jones will ask questions about music "like

you've never heard it before" using audio from Virgin's live sessions

and festival coverage. The show will run competitions with Sony Bravia
TVs, Sky HD packages and tickets to UEFA Champions League matches as
prizes.

The Rock 'n' Roll Football mechanic will feature a famous footballer,
whose identity listeners will be asked to guess, and whose football
skills are considered to be unique.

The on-air campaign will integrate with a branded microsite at
www.virginradio.co.uk.

The week-long Drivetime promotion started yesterday (Monday) and the
Rock 'n' Roll promotion runs on 17 March, supported by week-long
pre-promotions.
