Ad2One to work with LinkedIn.com
Online sales house Ad2One has won the account to represent business networking site LinkedIn.com in the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and throughout Europe.
It is the first time LinkedIn has taken ad bookings directly from these territories. It will be offering the MPU, leaderboard and skyscraper ad formats.
LinkedIn is a business network that allows business professionals to connect with their peers to help with recruiting, sales, investment and other business matters.

To support this new account, and other business wins including RightMove and BT Vision, Ad2One has expanded its business development and client services department, appointing Tamsin Anastasi-Pace as business development executive.
Ad2One director Grant Allaway said the increased team was also necessary now that website liaison and support is becoming increasingly complex. "It's not just banners and buttons any more," he said. He added that a quarter of revenue now comes from integrated campaigns and sponsorship.
LinkedIn.com, a community of business professionals, is made up of senior executives and managers from various industries and venture capitalist companies, entrepreneurs, and a large proportion of users from technology companies such as Google and Microsoft.
