Here we have a larger-than-life personality with ideas that are both creative and expansive. No shrinking violet, he subscribes to the 'if you've got it, use it' way of thinking - and I'd bet he'd add that if you haven't got it, get it!

He is very much a pace-setter, not a follower. He uses humour to
lubricate communication and his priority is closing other people's
options.

He will make very sure he has established what is expected before

embarking on a project. He absolutely delights in being able to

communicate with anyone.
