D&AD Awards nominees announced

TBWA\Chiat\Day New York has dominated the nominations for the 2007 D&AD Global Awards. The Omnicom shop is the only agency nominated in the TV Commercials Campaigns category for its Masterfoods work.It also has six nominations for individual ads from the two campaigns.

Clemmow Hornby Inge has four nominations for its press advertising for
the Prince's Trust in the Art Direction and Photography categories,
while Lowe London is up for six Pencils in the Graphic Design, Art

Direction and Illustration categories for its Stella and Peeterman

Artois poster ads.

Fallon's "paint" for Sony Bravia and Saatchi & Saatchi's "old lions" for
Carlsberg will fight against Ogilvy & Mather New York's "Wes Anderson"
American Express spot in the 61-120-second TV and Cinema Advertising
category.

UK spots nominated in the TV & Cinema Crafts Awards include DFGW's
"Elvis" spot for BBC Radio 2 in the Editing category; Wieden & Kennedy's
"choir" spot for Honda in Editing and Sound Design; and M&C Saatchi's
"the day you went to work" for Transport for London in the Writing
category.

Viral was the most nominated category, with 16 nominations, including
"against breast cancer" by Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO. Online advertising
had 15 nominations, including Lean Mean Fighting Machine for Virgin
Casino.

Nominations can be seen online from the end of April at
www.dandad.org/awards 2007 and at Old Billingsgate, London, during the
second week of the D&AD Congress (21-24 May).Winners will be announced
on 24 May at the D&AD Awards Ceremony.
