Bite director transfers to Google
Google has snapped up Bite associate director Annette Ryszkowska to fill a newly-created post within its Enterprise division.
Ryszkowska will take up the Google Enterprise head of comms post at the end of the summer. She will report into director of European communications and public affairs, Rachel Whetstone, a former special advisor to ex-Conservative leader Michael Howard who joined Google in November 2005.

Google Enterprise products offer businesses their own search engines. Its products can be used to search intranets, document and content management systems, file servers, corporate desktops and applications such as business intelligence. They can also be used on public websites to help customers and business partners.
At Bite’s London office, Ryszkowska heads up its international division handling clients with needs across multiple countries and continents including Cisco.
Google confirmed her appointment but declined to comment further.
Google’s head of comms for UK, Ireland and Benelux is former Weber Shandwick corporate and public affairs director, D-J Collins.
The company has come under fire over privacy and censorship issues in recent weeks.
A working party of European Information Commissioners has written to Google to ask the firm to explain why it holds on to users’ web history data for up to two years.
