Domino's Pizza is facing legal action from Hot Stuff Foods over the use of a trademarked product. Hot Stuff Foods claims it trademarked Hot Stuff Pizza 11 years ago and that it sells it in its 14 franchised outlets. Domino's Pizza has marketed a Hot Stuff Pizza for the past two years.
