Dow Jones board approves News Corp sale
NEW YORK - Dow Jones' board has announced it will accept News Corp's US$60-a-share offer, leaving the final decision on the takeover with the company's controlling party, the Bancroft family.
According to reports, Bancroft family lawyer and Dow Jones board member Michael Elefante will make
a presentation to the family on Monday next week, before polling family members on how they intend to vote.
