The Week: City News - The Mission snaps up Story
The Mission Marketing Group has acquired the Edinburgh-based marketing agency Story for up to £13.5 million.
It will pay an initial £6.9 million in cash and shares, a possible
deferred consideration of £200,000, followed by a payment of up to
£6.4 million in March 2011. Story specialises in direct response
ADVERTISEMENT
and digital advertising, and employs around 30 staff, all of whom will
join The Mission.
