The Week: Media News - Telegraph TV to launch
Telegraph Media Group is launching Telegraph TV with ITN's multimedia division, ITN On, and Brightcove, a provider of video delivery systems. The service will make a range of programmes on fashion, sport, business and travel that will be screened on the newspaper's website, telegraph.co.uk.
