Business Link to raise its profile in the capital

Business Link London has appointed email marketing supplier eCircle with a remit to manage its members' email communications and raise awareness of its services to potential members.

The government-funded organisation provides support to small- and
medium-sized businesses and appointed eCircle following a four-way
pitch.

Although Business Link operates nationally, it has a large presence in

London, with a total of 650,000 members in the city signed up to receive

emails.

ECircle will be responsible for data capture and profiling, distributing
the Business Link London monthly newsletter, as well as running,
designing and distributing email campaigns.

Stepheny Mayers, e-communications manager at Business Link London, said:
"We have a challenging year ahead in which electronic communications
will play a key part. We are confident eCircle can help us move beyond
simple email broadcasts in delivering our e-CRM strategy."
