The Week: Online News - Times in online visitor surge
Times Online overtook its Mail rival last month, according to the latest ABCes, to become the second most-visited newspaper website in the UK after visitor numbers jumped by 22 per cent to hit a monthly high of 12.5 million.
Guardian Unlimited maintained its strong lead with 16.7 million unique
users, an increase of nearly one million. The Telegraph's site managed
to break through the ten million barrier for the first time, posting
