Twentysix London revamps Barratt Homes website
LONDON - Twentysix London has redeveloped the website for homebuilder Barratt Homes to make it more customer friendly for first-time buyers or seasoned investors.
The agency won a six-way pitch for the brief to design and build the new site for Barratt Homes and to help develop its brands online.
The site allows users to save their favourite properties to a "My Barratt" interactive shopping tool so that they can share details with family and friends on a property they are looking to buy.

It also includes advanced search features to allow users to find information on more than 450 developments nationwide.
Barratt Homes' marketing teams at each development can also keep visitors informed of current properties, by uploading site plans, floor plans, virtual tours, availability and latest pricing details.
Ian Anderson, business development and corporate director of Twentysix London, said: "We have aimed to capture online Barratt's impressive history, commitment to innovation, continuous product development and highest standards of design, construction, quality and customer service in a way that will engage its target market."
Sam Moore, head of digital for Barratt Developments, said: "Online is an excellent way to let us talk to our audience of homebuyers. Twentysix London not only understands how to achieve that for us online, but also how to engage with our prospective buyers and increase footfall to our developments."
