Future builds digital with T3 and TechRadar moves
LONDON - Future Publishing is building its digital presence, with the launch of a new technology website under its 'Radar' brand and the relaunch of gadget site T3.com.
TechRadar.com will replace tech.co.uk, which was soft launched earlier this year. TechRadar joins Future’s BikeRadar, FileRadar, GamesRadar and the recently launched MusicRadar site.
TechRadar.com is designed to offer greater technical detail in features and reviews than T3. The new site launches with more than 5,500 product reviews, taken from Future’s consumer electronics and computing titles.

The company will also relaunch its gadget website, T3.com to strengthen the T3 brand. T3 currently attracts 600,000 unique users per month.
Danny Ward-Lee, digital sales director for Future UK, said that T3.com and TechRadar would offer a media agencies an outlet to promote brands to numerous parts of the consumer market.
He said: “Having two sites offers increased value to Future’s advertisers, with the ability to plan a multi-channel campaign across our websites and sector-leading magazines.”
