Trinity Street swoops on NME marketing chief
LONDON - NME's head of marketing, Nick New, has left the title to join new media services business, Trinity Street, as marketing director.
Trinity Street works with music and entertainment clients, on services including designing, building and managing online communities and stores through to mobile ticketing.
Artists, event organisers and brands use the services to interact directly with their target audiences, while holding on to ownership of their fans' or clients' data.

The IPC music title NME is a Trinity Street client, giving New firsthand experience of its services.
Commenting on his appointment, he said: "Connecting bands and fans was what it was all about at NME and that is what Trinity Street does so well - they are one step ahead in this evolving Entertainment economy, and already have an impressive track record.
"It's such an exciting time in music, and the teams combined experience will benefit so many bands, brands and organisations, providing quality services and driving new revenue streams," he added.
Other Trinity Street clients include Warner Music, The Arctic Monkeys, XFM, Kasabian, Godskitchen and Global Gathering, Universal Music, The Mighty Boosh, Sony BMG, Adidas and Ibiza Rocks.
