Gambling.com in online mag launch

LONDON – Gambling.com, the Media Corp-owned website designed as a hub for gamblers, has relaunched as an online magazine.

The site was originally built as a gambling-specific search engine, but has evolved to become a content-rich website, offering gamblers advice on sports, casino games and poker. In addition, the service offers content such as sports news and videos.

The relaunch is a bid to gain more advertising from gambling firms keen to drive customers to their sites.
Gambling.com hopes sponsors will opt to spend ad money around content created by its copywriting team and its new video section.

The relaunch is the latest in a series of developments by Media Corp, which also plans to redevelop its TV listings site Onthebox.com.
