LONDON - 4DS, Channel 4’s in-house digital advertising sales agency, has been appointed to sell digital advertising for BusinessesForSale.com – a website that negotiates the buying and selling of businesses.

Under the deal, 4DS will manage third-party online advertising for the site, including on-site media and sponsorship opportunities across BusinessesForSale.com.

BusinessesForSale.com, launched in 1996, hosts approximately 60,000 businesses for sale and more than 1,500 franchise systems.

It is used daily by entrepreneurs, first-time business buyers, business brokers, accountants, banks and lawyers.
Matt Gower, director of 4DS, negotiated the deal with Tony de Vizio, sales and marketing director of Dynamis Online Media Group, of which BusinessesForSale.com is a part. The contract starts with immediate effect.

4DS launched in March 2007 and operates alongside Channel 4’s existing TV advertising and new- media sales agency.
