IPC TX sees strong online user growth
LONDOn - IPC Media’s TV magazine division, IPC TX, has released ABCe data for Whatsontv.co.uk for the first time, showing that the site had more than 350,000 monthly unique users last December.
The website attracted 358,700 monthly unique users in December, 11 months after the site’s launch.
“The figures have exceeded our expectations, so we’re very pleased,” said Fiona Dent, IPC TX managing director, adding that some of the most popular elements of the site are soap gossip and games.

Whatsontv.co.uk combined with the What’s On TV magazine is the biggest title in an IPC TX division that also houses TV Times, TV & Satellite Week, Soaplife and TV Easy.
The Whatsontv.co.uk website, which launched in January last year, provides multichannel TV listings, news, previews and viewer recommendations.
The website also carries a topical news feed, plus content focusing on TV news of the day.
