The World: Kuala Lumpur - Group M chief Tan takes COO post at Astro
Henry Tan, the chief executive of Group M Malaysia and Singapore, is leaving to join the Malaysian media company Astro as its chief operating officer.
Tan, who has spent ten years in the MindShare network, most recently ran
Group M Malaysia, as well as its Singapore arm, following the departure
of Manpreet Singh, the MindShare Singapore chief executive, in November

Mark Patterson, Group M's Asia-Pacific chief operating officer, said the
search for a successor was underway.
Astro is one of South-East Asia's largest commercial radio, satellite
television and magazine publishers, with operations in Malaysia, Brunei
and Indonesia.
