LONDON - Land Rover is launching a global campaign highlighting its heritage to mark its 60th anniversary.

The promotion is being created by Wunderman and RKCR/Y&R's Team Land Rover. The activity will include TV advertising, as well as a range of customer experiences and in-showroom events highlighting the brand's heritage.

The activity will be backed by a dedicated microsite, created by Wunderman Digital, which will take a look at how the Land Rover brand has evolved since its inception in 1948. The site will also offer a further glimpse of the marque's latest concept car, the LRX, which was unveiled at the Detroit Motor Show in January. User will be able to browse the site by using a 1948 Land Rover as a navigation tool to travel through the decades.

Additionally, the site will look at Land Rover's advertising, featuring ads from all over the world, as well as promoting the company's commitment to sustainability and highlighting the humanitarian and conservation sponsorship programmes it has undertaken over the past 60 years.
