Carling signs up for ITV movie tie

Carling has signed up to replace rival beer brand Cobra as the £2m movie sponsor for ITV's digital channels.

Carling will sponsor more than 600 films over a 12-month period, giving
it a presence on the network almost every night across ITV2, 3 and 4. It
will also run online and interactive activity, as well as mobile

interactive bumpers.

Sponsorship idents created by Beattie McGuinness Bungay will continue
the theme of Carling's 'You know who your mates are' TV campaign. The
lager brand is preparing to roll out the next instalment of the drive,
which will be entitled 'Cowboys.'
