Branding: Glengoyne plans Dads' gift packs

Glengoyne, the malt whisky brand, has created a limited-edition gift pack for Father's Day on 15 June.

The pack includes a bottle of Glengoyne 10 Years Old single malt, a
branded stainless steel cigar flask and a collapsible cup.

The pack will be available in whisky retailers throughout the UK from

May, priced £39.99. The offer will also be promoted on the

Glengoyne website.

The company is using the promotion to drum up interest in its distillery
Master Blender Tour, where visitors are invited to create their own
unique blend of whisky to take home with them. Tours of the Glengoyne
distillery, just outside Glasgow, cost £25.

A number of other brands are expected to unveil special Father's Day
offerings, with the drinks, food and sports industries expected to try
to capitalise on the occasion.
