3 Monkeys launches conflict shop

3 Monkeys Communications has launched a sister agency to deal with any of its conflict clients.

Challenger Brand PR will be run out of the agency's Oxford office and will be headed up by 3 Monkeys head of news Howard Bowden.

The new agency will offer a media relations-only service to clients. It is currently recruiting to grow its staff base.

‘Challenger Brand PR has been set up for three reasons: for people who want to come and work with us but who are in direct conflict with existing 3 Monkeys clients, for people who see themselves as challenger brands in their industry and seek a particular approach, and for people looking for quick and dirty media relations with no frills,' said Bowden.
