LONDON - Global Radio has launched a six-figure TV advertising campaign to promote Heart 106.2's on-air luxury holiday competition on its Breakfast Show with Jamie Theakston and Harriet Scott.

The four-week TV campaign sees viewers encouraged to tune in to Heart Breakfast for a chance to win a variety of exclusive holidays.

The ad will run across all three terrestrial channels. Prizes on the show include a trip for two to New York, business class flights with British Airways, extravagant shopping sprees and top destinations including Antigua, Forte Holiday Villages in Sardinia and New York with spending money of up to £1000.

The advert was directed and created by The Law Firm with media bought by Mediavest.

The latest above-the-line spend is the first campaign for Heart to be spearheaded by new director of marketing for Global, Nicola Thomson, who joined Global Radio from Bauer (then Emap) in March 2008.

This closely follows the first above-the-line campaign for LBC in five years  and the re-branding of the Galaxy network.
