Mpunzwana joins Africapractice

Corporate comms consultancy Africapractice has hired an ex-Standard Chartered Bank PR chief as an associate director.

The bank's former head of corporate affairs for Africa, Audrey Mpunzwana, is to join the agency in mid-May.

Mpunzwana has also been employed as a director in the corporate affairs team at Barclays Bank, and most recently advised the V-P of corporate services at the African Development Bank.

Africapractice is a UK-headquartered corporate comms and public affairs consultancy. Demand for corporate and financial PR services in Africa is growing in an economic boom that is not weakening despite the global credit crunch.
