McCann Erickson set for InterContinental brands win

by Noel Bussey, Campaign 16-May-08, 11:35

LONDON - McCann Erickson London is poised to pick up the EMEA advertising business for the InterContinental Hotel Group brands.

If successful the agency will now work on the IHG brands, Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza.

The pitch process, which was handled by Christopher Hale, the vice-president of marketing and commercial at IHG, was part of a £500 million brand overhaul instigated by the company earlier in the year.

McCann Erickson refused to comment on the win.
